Vegetables

  • Sweet Potatoes. Beta-carotene is a nutrient found in sweet potatoes and functions as provitamin A and converted into Vitamin A within your body. In fact, a half-cup serving of baked sweet potatoes contains enough beta-carotene to provide nearly four times the RDI of vitamin A. Carotenoids which keeps your skin healthy by acting as a natural sunblock and protects your skin cells from sun exposure which helps to prevent sunburn, cell death, as well as dry and wrinkled skin.
